The guarantee is valid as long as your Harvey Water Softener™:
Has been used for domestic and personal purposes only.
Has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Has not been subjected to misuse or tampered with in any way.
Has not been subjected to contamination.
Is installed in Mainland UK.
Has not used salt of a lesser quality. It has been designed to regenerate with block salt that is at least 99.9% pure block and exceeds BS973 Grade A. Anything of a lesser quality will impair the performance of your water softener and can affect your warranty.
We always recommend using Harvey Water Softener Salt for your machines.
This guarantee does not affect your legal rights. As a Harvey™ customer you need to keep this guarantee safe.
